The role of the DH type HEPA filter

The DH type HEPA filter is particularly suitable for use as a final filter in a central air unit (CTA) or as an exhaust filter in air conditioning systems, where a high air flow is required and, other on the other hand, a low pressure loss. Its function is to protect ceiling filters in clean rooms or to prevent the emission of particles harmful to the environment (chemical, biological or radioactive) in BIBO units. [hide]

Filter efficiency

This model is available in an efficiency range from H10 to H14, with MPPS from 85% to 99.995% respectively.

Air filter media

The filter paper is folded using advanced folding technology, using hot glue separators (HOTMELT). This technology allows optimal airflow and low-pressure loss.

The structure of the filter

The filter structure comprises 10 filter packs (a unit of folded filter paper, called a pack) held within the V-shaped filter frame, to increase the filter surface area tenfold. This structure creates a rigid and durable packaging.

Filter gasket

The filter gasket is manufactured with injection technology, from seamless polyurethane. This seal eliminates the risk of air leaking through the filter.

Air filter frame

The filter frame is made of plastic (fire-resistant and lightweight), stainless steel or galvanized steel. On the top of the frame, there are handles for easy grip and installation.

DH type absolute filter test

Each filter in this series is tested and certified according to EN 1822. And arrives to the customer with an attached quality certificate.[/hide]
